coridan @ 06:10 pm: Ascension Nova Playtest
I'm looking to augment my live Ascension Nova playtest group with a live group assembled over IRC or Skype. The characters would be a group of young Traditionalists who have just survived the Avatar Storm and are now looking to establish themselves in the NYC area. Interested parties are referred to the Ascension Nova Wiki for the AN Mage template and other info. I'm looking at a semi-weekly gathering, preferably on the weekend, based on what would be the most convenient based on time zone. Please mail me at kaiu do keiichi at gmail or message me here if interested.

coridan @ 05:58 pm: Ascension Nova!
Please come and check out Ascension Nova, a project for bring Mage: The Ascension into the NWoD world and rules set. Our ongoing project is aimed at bringing the intensity, guerilla warfare and cosmic questions of Mage: The Ascension into the sreamlined, adult and foreboding New World of Darkness setting. Reality is subjective, the Ascension War still raged, but the Traditions and Technocracy are like you've never seen them before!

Ascension Nova uses all of the rules innovations of Mage: The Awakening, but introduces the great setting elements that made old world Ascension so awesome. Finally, we're a community project, and we welcome your contributions!

For more info, message me here or email kaiu dot keiichi at gmail.

count_nemo @ 08:47 pm: Looking for STs
Requiem of Dreams is a Digichat-based online RPG site set in Seattle, and we're looking for Storytellers.

We're looking specifically for Storytellers for the following teams: Mortals, Vampire: The Masquerade, Werewolf: The Apocalypse, Mage: The Ascension, and Demon: The Fallen.
  • We also support Hunter: The Reckoning and Changeling: The Dreaming, so while applications will be accepted for those venues as well, our emphasis for now is on those mentioned above.
  • We're also shortly opening the "Second City Project," which is an application-based secondary setting for characters of all stripes who aren't otherwise permitted in the main setting. Sabbat, wraiths, Technocrats, Fera, mummies, Kuei-jin, etc. The SCP will be more player-driven, but that doesn't obviate the need for Storytellers.

Preference will be given to people who have experience in an RPG chat environment, particularly if you've been a Storyteller previously.

Please send applications to Succubus with your preferred venue and your chat experience.

(Forgive me for the crosspost. Sent to vampiretm, garou_nation, spysdemise, demonthefallen)

thessalian @ 07:40 pm: Pimping oWoD Mage (etc) RP site
Jus Noctis is a low-powered site running predominantly chat-based Mage, Changeling, Werewolf, Vampire and Mummy (Mage currently being the most active system on site). The focus is on good characters rather than padded-out stats, and there's a good mix of social interaction and plot.

We're currently trying to get back up and running after an exceptionally long summer hiatus, so come along if you're interested!

todfox @ 03:43 am: Disposing of property
I'm trying to get rid of an old Mage: the Ascension-related domain I own, without letting it go to the squatters. Know anyone who will help?

diremongoose @ 09:17 am: Awakening quick reference
Hi guys,

I'm just about to set up a M:tA game in Gosford, NSW, Australia. Does anyone know where I can find some quick reference spellcasting sheets - I'm an experienced player/GM but the PCs are not. I'd like to not have to answer the question 'what can I do with space 2?' every 5 mins :)

arshermetica @ 10:07 pm: Fates Shattered Mirror
So with my mages having an exponential increase in power and nearing the climactic battle for the very existence of reality. I find that standard character sheets just don't cut it anymore.

Does anyone know of or have a decent Mage the Ascension excel sheet? Would be very appreciated.

etherlad @ 06:04 pm: Avatars
I've updated and expanded my collection of WW avatars. They're free for everyone to use; just don't claim that you made them.

I'm linking to the LJ-sized ones, but you can get them in pretty much any size you like (optimum 120x120).

Mage: The Ascension: 33 to chose from, including all 10 trads (Hollow Ones are the tenth, a'course), 11 Hermetic Houses, Ahl-i-Batin and Taftâni, three sects, and all five Conventions.

I'm adding more icons all the time. Feel free to make a request, and I'll see what I can do.

todfox @ 09:07 pm: dreamspeakers.net -- Domain for Mage fans ?
For many years I have owned the domain dreamspeakers.net. The domain will expire on 4-2-07.

I have not had use for this domain for many years and don't anticipate putting something up on it anytime in the indefinite future. I don't feel like paying the $10 this year for a domain that will have nothing on it and just forward into my personal domain. So if anyone wants to take it off my hands I'd just want to know a little about what you planned to do with it (something Mage related, ideally). You'd need to be able to take it off my hands, pay for its registration, and be able to arrange hosting.

Get in touch with me here or via my LJ email address if you're interested.
